Some advice:

• For your peace of mind, it will be worth your while to have your own Electrical and Beetle Compliance Inspection done. We regularly have conversations with clients that regret not doing this, leaving them to pay a large Electrical or Fumigation Bill when they eventually sell their property on.
• If you have any Electrical work done at your property, always ask for an Electrical Compliance Certificate.
• By using a Registered Electrician you will have peace of mind. Using an unqualified electrician could save you some money now, but has the potential of costing you double if not triple in the long run. (There is an old Afrikaans saying that goes “Goedkoop koop is dom koop”)
